Roots & Horizons Pathways is an independent consulting practice supporting nonprofits and mission-driven organizations through program development, strategic planning, funding support, and community engagement.

I created Roots & Horizons after more than a decade of working in nonprofit and community spaces. I've seen firsthand the dedication, care, and countless hours that go into serving communities, often with limited resources and growing demands. I've also seen how easily that work can lead to burnout, even among people deeply committed to what they do. I believe organizations doing this work deserve the support, structure, and resources they need to sustain it.

My approach is shaped by that experience. I work alongside organizations to strengthen what they've already built, develop thoughtful programs, and create realistic plans that reflect their capacity and goals, without losing sight of the people and communities at the heart of their work.
