I’m an educational and social-impact consultant with over a decade of experience working in nonprofit, educational, and community-centered spaces.

I hold a Master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership and a certificate in Nonprofit Management. My background includes program development, curriculum design, grant support, and youth-focused initiatives particularly within organizations serving marginalized and underrepresented communities.

I’ve worked closely with organizations building new programs, strengthening existing initiatives, and navigating growth with limited capacity and competing priorities. I understand the realities of mission-driven work and the importance of thoughtful, realistic strategy.
