I created Roots & Horizons Pathways to meet a real need I’ve seen repeatedly across nonprofit, educational, and community spaces: organizations with strong missions and deep care often need clearer structure, stronger strategy, and thoughtful support to move their ideas forward.

My work centers on helping organizations develop programs, plans, and pathways that are intentional, realistic, and aligned with their values without losing sight of the people at the heart of the work.
